Items that do not meet these criteria may be returned to the sender.
Faulty Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. If approved, we will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or refund, based on your preference. This policy applies to manufacturing defects reported within 12 months of purchase, excluding damage caused by misuse.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs and any duties or taxes. Third-party return costs or courier fees will not be reimbursed.
Late Returns
Returned items must reach us within 14 days of your return confirmation. Late returns will not be accepted unless pre-approved by our team.

Cancellations
